Preparation Mode

  • 1. In a bowl, place Caldo Bom Vegan Burger Mix and add 200ml of water.
  • 2. * If you want to make only 1 hamburger, use 50g of the mixture and 40ml of water.
  • 3. Mix well with a spoon and then separate the dough into smaller portions, molding with your hands the shape and size desired for the hamburger. Grease both sides of the burger with oil of your choice.
  • 4. In a non-stick pan or pan, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat and grill the burger until golden brown. You can also prepare your hamburger on a plate or Chart Broiler.
  • 5. If you do not want to consume all hamburgers at once, they can be kept in the freezer for up to 1 month
  • 6. Chef's Touch - To make your hamburger even more tasty, special and much more crunchy, add your beaten eggplant mixture or some of those already grated options: raw carrots, broccoli or beet stalks.
