  • 100ml of Lukewarm milk
  • 400ml of Milk
  • 30g of Margarine

Preparation Mode

  • 1. Place the milk and margarine in a blender, then add the entire contents of the Caldo Bom Pancake Mix.
  • 2. Beat at high speed until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
  • 3. Over medium heat place a skillet greased with oil or margarine.
  • 4. Pour the batter in the amount needed to cover the bottom without leaving a very thick layer.
  • 5. With the help of a spatula, remove the dough from the pan and turn to fry on the other side.
  • 6. Repeat the procedure for the rest of the mixture, placing the finished dough on a plate, one over the other.
  • 7. FILLING: Traditionally, Bolognese sauce is the most widely used for filling pancakes, but you can fill them with the sauces of your choice. In the ready-made dough put the sauce of your choice, roll it and dough forming the pancake and place them on a platter.
  • 8. Cover with the sauce and serve while still hot.
  • 9. CHOCOLATE FILLING: Place a can of condensed milk and a bar of dark chocolate (250g).
  • 10. Mix until you get a homogeneous dough, stuff the pancakes, wrap and serve.
  • 11. When preparing the Broth Bom Pancake Mix, add a spoon (soup) and fine herbs or oregano. Your pancakes will have a special seasoning and full of flavor.
