  • 300ml of Lukewarm water
  • 500g of Ground beef

Preparation Mode

  • 1. Place Caldo Bom Kibbeh Mixture in a container and add warm water (300ml).
  • 2. Let stand for 20 minutes or until the dough absorbs all the water.
  • 3. Add the ground beef (500g) and mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.
  • 4. FRIED KIBBEH: Shape the dough into the desired size. Fry in preheated oil and drain on absorbent paper. Yield: 20 servings.
  • 5. ROASTED KIBBEH: Spread the dough in the shape you prefer, take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
  • 6. RAW KIBBEH: In a bowl or dish of your choice, spread and shape the dough. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • 7. To add a special touch, sprinkle with olive oil and add chopped mint leaves.
